Christine. holds close the personal belief that the core of the mind-body-brain consciousness pervades all five areas in the human body – nutrition, breath, emotional, health, and intelligence.

Her passion for service begins several decades earlier. At a young age she identified her passion project, Tibetan Children’s Villages (TCV), and continues to teach young and older, disabled and savant.

Her first Yoga experiences did not “look like” modern yoga, which often appears similar to aerobic activity.

Instead, Christine’s foundational skills and beyond are built on the study of  psychology, philosophy, human development, and, immersions and cultures that teaches Yoga, Ayurveda, Mindfulness and Meditation at the very core of it’s humble beginnings.

“The mind, body, brain and embodiment must be in complete alignment and in harmony with each other to experience happiness,  freedom, fulfilment, and detachment from the ego,” she says.

Christine sought international communities – Bhutan, India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and the opportunities of full immersion in authentic teaching and practises of Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, and Mindfulness.

She attended Indira Gandhi National University and University of California, Los Angeles. It is her love of learning that allows her to assist students with comprehensive services that are more than “just a session.”

Throughout her seeker’s journey, she has found her “why” : “everything circles back to unconditional loving kindness to all, compassion for Self, self, and others, and, above all, Oneness.”
