It’s Not You

The rise of social media, fast-paced environment, our ever growing disconnection from one another or from our natural environment, Toxic work patterns and stress are some of the many factors that are contributing to our sickness

In 2020, the National Mental Health Institute has recorded an 93% increase in mental healthcases around the country leading to create a burden of $210 billion  per year in the United States. Depression and anxiety are the leading cause of disability worldwide.

We have the power to change.

We humans, have a duty to ourselves and to our future to shift our behavior and make the changes that deep-down we know are long overdue. We need to have faith in ourselves that change is not only possible, it is fully reachable.

Many ancestral and modern paths have created the blue print to bring this change and all show that the key to success is within.

Our thoughts shape our words, and our words shape our actions. So let’s shift our thoughts.

Most practices agree that mindfulness and meditation are key to improving our mental and physical health and by extension, our world.

Another powerful ingredient is the faith in our Universe that’s always aiming to help us get to a state of health and bliss.

As a licensed meditation teacher and wellness coach, I am here to help you overcome your struggles, find your inner peace, and to help you reach your goals.

What To Expect

Here, we will create space for a meditation practice tailored to your needs or set a personal accompaniment to reach your goals, or both.

Classes can go anywhere between 15 minutes to an hour. It depends on what you need and what your schedule allows.

NO JUDGING. Our sessions are a safe place. Expect no judging nor mocking, no matter what you share. Try me!

CONFIDENTIALITY. again, our sessions are a safe place. Kinda like Las Vegas, everything shared during our sessions will stay in our sessions.

Our meditations will be based on a mix of different traditional meditation practices and tools, depending on what you need and want from our sessions. Make sure to let me know ahead if you are interested in a specific practice.

We may, or many not, use the power of:

    Amandine Hancock holds a master degree in business and marketing. After years of using her diploma to help the fight against climate change, she relocated in the high desert of Central Oregon and has been dedicating her days to learn and re-learn the old and modern ways to mindfulness and reaching bliss. She became a certified meditation teacher and spiritual life coach, and is continuously learning yoga, kundalini, as well as Celtic and other worldwide tribal traditions to always perfect her teachings.
    She aims to help people overcome their addictions and other life struggles so they too can experience the demystified magic of life.
    Amandine aims to live by example and does so by practicing her own teachings. She also enjoys good meals, good wines and get easily amused at her urge to forest bath one day, and be on a shopping frenzy the following day.
